Sunday, April 13: Palm Sunday: We begin worship with a palm processional. After worship, plan to stay for a covered dish brunch in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring a dish to share. If your last name begins with A-J- please bring a side dish; K-S dessert; T-Z please bring a main dish. Preschool and elementary age children will have an egg hunt so bring your baskets. In addition, our Board of Deacons will be hosting a palm cross workshop after you finish your meal. You’ll be able to make a palm cross to hang onto your door during Holy Week. Come join us for food and fellowship – all are welcome!

Thursday, April 17: Maundy Thursday: Remembering the night of Jesus’ last supper with his disciples, worshipers are invited to come to the Parlor anytime between 4pm and 6pm.  After a brief period of preparation, small groups will go into the Sanctuary to take communion. After communion, worshipers are invited to participate in the service of foot washing (see John 13).  This celebration is very appropriate for children (no nursery on this evening) and casual dress is welcome.

Friday, April 18: Good Friday: We gather in the sanctuary at 6pm for a service of Scripture and music, focusing on the seven last words of Jesus from the cross and beautiful Lenten music. A nursery is provided. This service helps us appreciate the power of Jesus’ resurrection on Easter morning.

Sunday, April 20: Easter! The Lord has risen! We will have two Easter morning worship services. Our first one is at 7:00 AM in the parlor, and the second one is at 10:00 AM in the sanctuary. The sacrament of communion will be celebrated in both services. Join us!
