Family Promise Host Week

December 2-9

FLPC is proud to be a host congregation for Family Promise. Family Promise keeps families together during homelessness helping them achieve sustainable independence. Sixteen Columbia faith-based congregations take part in providing shelter, food and hospitality to our guests. We need your help and there is something for all ages. We need help in the following areas: providing a meal (serving and clean up) or part of a meal, spending the night as a host or part of the day on Saturday, setting up rooms, shopping for food, doing a load of laundry, or driving our families who don't have transportation. Please stop by the green sign up board on the Connecting Point desk to see how you can help. More information can be found here. Thank you!
